Language learning continuity with Portfolino, ELP I, ELP II and ELP III

The ELP makes a substantial contribution to coherence and continuity in the promotion of multilingualism across all levels of education. The Language Passport and the Language Biography of each ELP have been adjusted to meet the specific needs of various age groups and educational levels. The ELP can therefore be used across all levels, with learners developing their capacity for autonomous multilingual and intercultural learning step by step: the Portfolino for learners aged 4-7 is a fun way to prepare for ELP I (for learners aged 7-11). This in turn is the basis for ELP II (for learners at lower secondary school aged 12-15), which is followed by ELP III (for young people at upper secondary school aged 16+ and for adults).
